NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE ACT 1972 - SECT 43D
This Division applies to a national park or conservation park, or proposed
national park or conservation park, that is or is to be constituted of
Aboriginal-owned land or land with which an Aboriginal group or community has
a traditional association.
