South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A committee must,
on or before 30 September in each year, prepare and deliver to the Minister a
report on its operations during the preceding financial year.
(2) The Minister must,
within 12 sitting days after receiving a report, cause copies of the report to
be laid before both Houses of Parliament.
(3)
Subsection (1) does not apply to a committee that is established on or
after 1 July in a financial year and is dissolved before 30 June in the same
year.
