MOTOR VEHICLES ACT 1959 - SECT 147
(1) The money required
to make any refund authorised by this Act will be paid out of the General
Revenue of the State, and this Act is a sufficient appropriation and authority
for any such payment.
(2) Other money
required for the administration of this Act will be paid out of money voted by
Parliament for that purpose.
