registration and insurance
(1) A self-propelled
wheelchair or any other motor vehicle (not being a motor car) of a prescribed
class may be driven on roads without registration or insurance by a person
who, because of some physical infirmity, reasonably requires the use of a
wheelchair or such a motor vehicle.
(2) A self-propelled
wheelchair or other motor vehicle to which subsection (1) applies is to
be taken to be subject to a policy of insurance in force under Part 4.
