MARALINGA TJARUTJA LAND RIGHTS ACT 1984 - SECT 9

9—Delegation by Council

        (1)         The Council may delegate the exercise of any power or function of Maralinga Tjarutja to any member, officer or employee of Maralinga Tjarutja.

        (2)         A delegation under this section shall be revocable at will and shall not derogate from the power of the Council to act itself in any matter.
