MUTUAL RECOGNITION (SOUTH AUSTRALIA) ACT 1993 - SECT 3
3—Interpretation
In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears—
"the Commonwealth Act" means the Mutual Recognition Act 1992 of the
Commonwealth.
