(1) The Minister may
declare, by notice in the Gazette, any hospital, clinic or other premises, or
any particular part of such a place, to be an approved treatment centre for
the purposes of this Act.
(2) The Minister may,
by subsequent notice, vary or revoke any notice previously given under this
section.
