7—Functions of Chief Advisor

The functions of the Chief Advisor in Psychiatry are—

            (a)         to advise the Minister on matters relating to psychiatry; and

            (b)         to perform such other functions as may be assigned to the Chief Advisor in Psychiatry by this Act or any other Act or by the Minister.
