South Australian Consolidated Acts21—Revocation of treatment orders
(1) The Board may, on
an application under this section, revoke an order under this Part.
(2) An application for
revocation of an order under this Part may be made by—
(a) the
person to whom the order relates; or
(b) the
Public Advocate, on his or her own initiative, or at the request and on behalf
of the person to whom the order relates; or
(c) a
medical practitioner; or
(d) a
guardian, relative or medical agent of the person; or
(e) any
other person who satisfies the Board that he or she has a proper interest in
the welfare of the person.
