South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The director of an
approved treatment centre may authorise a patient who is being detained in the
centre to leave the centre for such purposes and for such period as the
director thinks fit.
(2) Leave of absence
may be granted subject to such conditions as the director thinks fit.
(3) The director of an
approved treatment centre has an absolute discretion to cancel any leave of
absence granted under this section.
