(1) The Court may
reserve any question of law arising in a civil action (except a
minor civil action) for determination by the Supreme Court.
(2) Where a question
of law is reserved for determination by the Supreme Court, that Court may
determine the question and give any consequential orders or directions
appropriate to the circumstances of the case.
