MAGISTRATES COURT ACT 1991 - SECT 24

24—Issue of evidentiary summonses

A summons or a notice under this Part may be issued on behalf of the Court by—

            (a)         a Magistrate; or

            (b)         a Justice; or

            (c)         a Registrar; or

            (d)         any other officer authorised by the rules to issue such summonses.
