MAGISTRATES COURT ACT 1991 - SECT 15

15—Exercise of procedural and administrative powers of Court

A Registrar or Justice may—

            (a)         issue summonses and warrants on behalf of the Court;

            (b)         adjourn proceedings before the Court;

            (c)         exercise any procedural or non-judicial powers of the Court assigned by the rules.
