South Australian Consolidated Acts11—Chief Magistrate
(1) The
Chief Magistrate is the principal judicial officer of the Court.
(2) The
Chief Magistrate is responsible for the administration of the Court.
(3) In the absence of
the Chief Magistrate from official duties, responsibility for administration
of the Court devolves on the Deputy Chief Magistrate and, if both are absent,
on a Magistrate appointed by the Governor to act in the absence of the
Chief Magistrate.
