South Australian Consolidated Acts32—Licensee to keep and, on request, furnish Director with geological
records etc
(1) The holder of an
exploration licence shall keep complete and detailed records of the surveys
and other operations conducted in pursuance of the licence and shall, at the
request of the Director of Mines, produce the records for the inspection of
the Director or an inspector.
Maximum penalty: $250.
(2) The holder of an
exploration licence shall furnish the Director of Mines with such information
relating to the surveys and other operations conducted by him in pursuance of
the licence, and such geological samples obtained by him in the course of
those operations, as the Director may require.
