South Australian Consolidated Acts29—Application for exploration licence
(1) An application for
an exploration licence must be made in a manner and form determined by the
Minister and must be lodged with the Director of Mines.
(2) The applicant
shall forward with an application for an exploration licence—
(a) the
prescribed application fee; and
(b) a
map on which are delineated the boundaries of the land in respect of which the
licence is sought; and
(c) a
statement outlining the exploratory operations that the applicant proposes to
carry out in pursuance of the licence, showing the estimated expenditure to be
incurred in carrying out those operations; and
(d) a
statement of the technical and financial resources available to the applicant;
and
(e) a
statement of the nature of the minerals for which the applicant proposes
to explore.
(3) An applicant
shall, at the request of the Minister, furnish such further information in
relation to his application, or such evidence in support of his application,
as the Minister may require.
