South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) An allegation in a
complaint that a person did not, on a specified date, hold the qualifications
required by regulation for carrying on business as a land valuer will be taken
to be proved in the absence of proof to the contrary.
(2) In any
proceedings, a certificate executed by the Commissioner certifying that a
person was or was not licensed as a land valuer under the repealed Land
Agents, Brokers and Valuers Act 1973 constitutes proof, in the absence of
proof to the contrary, of the matters so certified.
