South Australian Consolidated Acts4—Territorial application of Act
(1) Subject to this
section, a worker's long service leave entitlement accrues under this Act in
respect of—
(a)
service in the State;
(b)
service outside the State where the worker is predominantly employed in the
State;
(c)
service outside the State in pursuance of a contract of employment of which
South Australia law is the proper law.
(2) Where a worker
would, but for this subsection, have a long service leave entitlement both
under this Act and a corresponding law, the worker may elect to take the
entitlement under this Act or under the corresponding law, but not under both.
