South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Commission
must, not later than 30 September in each year, prepare and present to the
Attorney-General a report on the administration of this Act during the
preceding financial year, together with the audited accounts of the Commission
for that financial year.
(2) The
Attorney-General must cause the report, together with the audited accounts, to
be laid before each House of Parliament as soon as practicable.
