(1) The Governor may
appoint the Parliamentary Counsel or a legal practitioner employed in the
Office of Parliamentary Counsel as Commissioner for Legislation Revision and
Publication.
(2) The
Attorney-General may appoint a legal practitioner employed in the Office of
Parliamentary Counsel to act as Commissioner for Legislation Revision and
Publication if there is no Commissioner or if the Commissioner is for any
reason unable to act.
