LEGAL PRACTITIONERS ACT 1981 - SECT 36

36—ADI to report deficiencies in trust account

An ADI with which a trust account has been established by a legal practitioner or firm of legal practitioners must report any deficiency in that account to the Attorney-General and the Society.

Maximum penalty: $750.
