South Australian Consolidated Acts22—Practising while under suspension etc
If a legal practitioner—
(a)
practises the profession of the law, or holds him or herself out as being
entitled to practise the profession of the law, while his or her right to do
so is under suspension; or
(b)
contravenes or fails to comply with any conditions imposed on the
practitioner's practising certificate (whether a practising certificate under
this Act or an interstate practising certificate) by order of the Tribunal or
the Supreme Court,
the practitioner is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $10 000.
