LIQUOR LICENSING ACT 1997 - SECT 18

18—Proceedings before the Commissioner

In proceedings under this Act, the Commissioner—

            (a)         must act without undue formality; and

            (b)         is not bound by the rules of evidence but may inform himself or herself on any matter as the Commissioner thinks fit.
