LIQUOR LICENSING ACT 1997 - SECT 137B
137B—Procedures to be observed by authorised persons in prevention of
persons from entering, and removal of persons from, licensed premises
(1) The regulations
may prescribe procedures to be observed by authorised persons in or in
connection with the prevention of persons from entering, or the removal of
persons from, licensed premises or a part of licensed premises.
(2) The regulations
may prescribe procedures to be observed by authorised persons in or in
connection with the removal of minors from licensed premises or a part of
licensed premises.
(3) An authorised
person must comply with the procedures (if any) prescribed under this section.
