LIQUOR LICENSING ACT 1997 - SECT 109
109—Copy of licence etc to be kept on licensed premises
(1) A licensee must
ensure that an up to date copy of the licence, showing all conditions of, and
endorsements on, the licence, is displayed at all times, in accordance with
the requirements (if any) prescribed by the regulations, at or near the front
entrance to the licensed premises so that it is readily visible to members of
the public.
(1a) A licensee must
ensure that an up to date copy of the plan of the licensed premises is kept at
the licensed premises and made available on request to a police officer or
inspector.
(2) A person who
fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with a requirement under this
section is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $10 000.
Expiation fee: $160.
