South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Authority may,
by instrument in writing, delegate to the Presiding Member of the Board, an
officer of the Authority or any other person any of its powers or functions
under this Act.
(2) A delegation under
subsection (1) may be revoked by the Authority by instrument in writing
and does not derogate from the power of the Authority to act itself in any
matter.
(3) In any legal
proceedings, an apparently genuine document purporting to be a certificate
under the seal of the Authority containing particulars of a delegation under
this section will, in the absence of proof to the contrary, be accepted as
proof of the particulars.
