South Australian Consolidated Acts14—Annual general meetings and special general meetings
(1) The Board must
convene annual general meetings of the Authority.
(2) A special general
meeting of the Authority must be held—
(a) upon
request in writing made to the Board by not less than one-quarter of the total
number of councils; or
(b) upon
a resolution of the Board requiring the convening of such a meeting.
(3) General meetings
of the Authority will be held at such times and places as are fixed by the
Board by at least six weeks notice, in writing, delivered or posted to each
council.
(4) If a request is
made for a special general meeting under subsection (2)(a), a special
general meeting must be held in response to the request within ten weeks of
the making of the request.
