South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A copy of the
Gazette containing a proclamation made by the Governor under the 1934 Act is
conclusive evidence of the fact, terms, and validity of the proclamation, and
is evidence of the facts stated, recited or assumed in the proclamation.
(2) No proclamation
purporting to be made under the 1934 Act and within the powers conferred on
the Governor under that Act is invalid on account of any non-compliance with a
matter specified by that Act as preliminary to the proclamation.
