LOCAL GOVERNMENT (ELECTIONS) ACT 1999 - SECT 59

59—Interference with statutory rights

A person must not hinder or interfere with the free exercise or performance, by another person, of a right under this Act.

Maximum penalty: $5 000 or imprisonment for one year.
