(1) The Panel must, at
the time that the Panel provides a report to the Minister under Division 4 or
5, send a copy of the report to—
(a) each
council affected by a proposal to which the report relates; and
(b) in
the case of a report under Division 5—the persons nominated in a
submission under that Division to represent the interests of persons directly
affected by the proposal.
(2) If the Panel at
the request of the Minister amends a report, the Panel must immediately send a
copy of the amended report to each council or person that received a copy of
the original report under subsection (1).
