If a proposal is submitted to a poll under Division 5, the Minister must,
after the completion of the poll and after receiving advice from the Panel,
prepare a report on—
(a) the
outcome of the poll (including details of the outcome in relation to each
relevant council area); and
(b) the
action that the Panel has taken, or proposes to take, on account of the
outcome of the poll,
and cause copies of the report to be laid before both Houses of Parliament.
