South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts19—Validity of acts and immunity
(1) An act or
proceeding of the Panel is not invalid by reason only of a defect in the
appointment of a member, or a vacancy in an office under this Part.
(2) No civil liability
attaches to a member of the Panel for an honest act or omission in the
exercise, performance or discharge, or purported exercise, performance or
discharge, of a power, function or duty under this Chapter.
(3) A liability that
would, but for this section, attach to a member attaches instead to the Crown.
