South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts880—Crown land under management of council for certain purposes
For the purpose of any Act inflicting fines and penalties for offences
committed on Crown land, where by that Act and this Act the fines and
penalties form part of the revenue of the council, all Crown land within the
area will be taken to be under the management of the council.
