A person guilty of an offence against this Act, or any regulation or by-law
made or continued under this Act, punishable on summary conviction is, for
every such offence, liable to a penalty specifically imposed by this Act or by
a by-law for that purpose, and, if no penalty is so imposed, to a penalty not
exceeding $750.
