(1) An owner of a
vehicle must, if required by a member of the police force, an
authorised person or an officer of the council, truly answer any question
which may lead to the identification of the person who was driving that
vehicle on any occasion when an offence under this Act or any by-law is
alleged to have been, or is suspected of having been, committed.
(2) An owner who
refuses to answer, or fails to answer truly, any such question is guilty of an
offence.
Penalty: $200.
