In any case where, pursuant to this Division, the council requires the
installation of a bacteriolytic tank, the council may, with the approval of
the South Australian Health Commission, require the installation of a
bacteriolytic
tank of the kind known as an "all purpose" tank, namely, a bacteriolytic tank
which is suitable for the disposal of sullage and waste water in addition to
sewerage.
