In any case where, pursuant to this Division, an owner is required to provide
and install a bacteriolytic tank, the council may by notice in writing permit
the owner to provide and install in place of such a tank a method of treatment
approved by the South Australian Health Commission. Any such permit may be
given subject to conditions considered desirable by the council and may be
withdrawn by the council.
