South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts18—Moneys to be paid out of funds voted by Parliament
The moneys required for the purposes of this Act shall be paid out of moneys
voted by Parliament for the purposes of this Act, or out of moneys so voted
for the public purpose for which the particular land is taken or acquired.
