LISTENING AND SURVEILLANCE DEVICES ACT 1972 - SECT 11

11—Forfeiture of listening devices

        (1)         If a person is convicted of an offence against this Act, the court before which that person was so convicted may in addition to imposing any other penalty order that a listening device or record of information or material in connection with which the offence was committed is forfeited to the Crown.

        (2)         A listening device or record of information or material forfeited to the Crown pursuant to an order under subsection (1)


must be destroyed or disposed of in a manner directed by the Minister.
