South Australian Consolidated Acts95—Giving false name and address
No person found in any house, room, or place entered by any constable or
person assisting him to enter the same, upon being arrested by such constable
or person assisting, or upon being brought before a court, on being required
by such constable, person or court to give his name and address, shall refuse
or neglect to give the same, or shall give any false name or address.
Maximum penalty: $2 500.
