LOTTERY AND GAMING ACT 1936 - SECT 91

91—Advancing money for the purpose of gaming

No person shall advance or furnish money for the purpose of gaming with persons frequenting any such house, room, or place.

Maximum penalty: $20 000 or imprisonment for 1 year.
