South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts80—Declaration that house a common gaming-house
(1) On the affidavit
of a member of the police force of or above the rank of Inspector showing
reasonable grounds for suspecting that any house, office, room, or other place
is used in contravention of this Act, a judge of the Supreme Court may declare
such house, office, room, or place to be a common gaming-house.
(2) Every such
declaration shall be in force until rescinded.
