years
No person shall either directly or indirectly receive from any person under
the age of eighteen years, whether for himself or on behalf of some other
person, any money or any valuable thing upon the understanding or agreement,
either expressed or implied, that such money or valuable thing shall be placed
in or used either directly or indirectly for the purpose of any totalisator or
sweepstakes, or betting.
Maximum penalty: $2 500.
