(1) The Minister may
appoint such Public Service employees as lottery inspectors as may be
necessary for the purposes of this Act.
(2) The Minister must
provide each inspector with a certificate of identity and an inspector must,
at the request of a person in relation to whom the inspector has exercised or
intends to exercise powers under this Part, produce that certificate.
