South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The grant of a
licence under this Part may be subject to such conditions as the Minister
thinks fit and specifies in the licence.
(2) The Minister may,
by notice in writing to the licence holder, vary or revoke a condition of a
licence.
(3) A person who
contravenes or fails to comply with a condition of a licence under this Part
is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
