(a)
within 2 years after the commencement of this section, cause a review of
the operation of Parts 4 and 4A to be undertaken and the outcome of the
review to be incorporated into a report; and
(b)
within 6 sitting days after receipt of the report, ensure that a copy of
the report is laid before each House of Parliament.
