24—Agent not to lodge caveat for sums owing by client
An agent who has been authorised to act on behalf of a vendor in the sale of
residential land must not lodge a caveat over the land in order to secure
payment of a debt owing to the agent by the vendor in connection with the sale
of the land.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
