LAND AGENTS ACT 1994 - SECT 56

56—Investigations

The Commissioner of Police must, at the request of the Commissioner, investigate and report on any matter relevant to—

            (a)         the determination of an application under this Act; or

            (b)         a matter that might constitute proper cause for disciplinary action under this Act.
