South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts19—Term of appointment of administrator or temporary manager
(1) The appointment of
an administrator or temporary manager remains in force for such period (not
exceeding 12 months) as is specified in the instrument of appointment unless
sooner terminated by the Commissioner or the Court.
(2) Subject to an
order of the Court to the contrary, the Commissioner may reappoint an
administrator.
