South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Authority may,
by notice in writing served upon any person, require him to deliver up for the
inspection of the Authority, any specified document in his possession or power
evidencing the interest of any person in land required for purposes authorised
by an Act or any other specified record, account, or document in his
possession or power relating to any such land.
(2) A person who fails
to comply with a notice served under subsection (1) of this section
within the time specified in the notice shall be guilty of an offence and
liable to a penalty not exceeding two hundred dollars.
